A Growing Mission

Fishin’ for a Cure is a nonprofit organization in North Carolina. Our mission is growing as we expand our events across the state. We are dedicated to raising awareness about the lifesaving importance of early detection. We also support individuals and families facing cancer. Plus, we contribute to the ongoing effort to find a cure. This tournament is another way to turn community spirit into real-world impact!

Exciting Changes This Year

This year marks an exciting new chapter! Coy and Mary Bryan Carlyle have brought the tournament from Wilson to its new home at Kinston Country Club (1501 Country Club Drive, Kinston, NC 28504). Our goal is simple yet powerful: expand awareness and strengthen our mission by reaching new communities through a shared experience that’s both meaningful and memorable.

Tournament Day Details

Tournament day begins with 8:30 a.m. registration. When you arrive, you’ll drop your bags at the bag drop in front of the pool. Then, park and take a quick shuttle back to your bags. After play, participants can look forward to an awards ceremony and lunch in the clubhouse restaurant. It’s going to be a fantastic day filled with camaraderie and celebration!

Want to boost your chances on the course while supporting the cause? You can purchase a Mulligan Package in advance for $30! This package includes 2 mulligans, 2 tee busters, and 1 throw (one throw per round of 18). Remember, packages must be purchased as a bundle. It’s a fun way to enhance your game while contributing to a great cause!
