On April 2, 2026, golfers and supporters from across North Carolina will gather for a day of fellowship, fun, and fundraising at the Kinston Country Club for Fishin’ for a Cure’s 5th Annual Tee’d Off at Breast Cancer Golf Tournament.

Fishin’ for a Cure is a nonprofit in North Carolina, and its mission has continued to grow as events expand across the state. The organization is committed to raising awareness about the lifesaving importance of early detection, supporting individuals and families facing cancer, and contributing to the ongoing effort to find a cure. This tournament is one more way to turn community spirit into real-world impact.

This year marks an exciting new chapter: Coy and Mary Bryan Carlyle have brought the tournament from Wilson to its new home at Kinston Country Club (1501 Country Club Drive, Kinston, NC 28504). The goal is simple and powerful—expand awareness and strengthen the mission by reaching new communities through a shared experience that’s equal parts meaningful and memorable.

Tournament day begins with 8:30 a.m. registration. When you arrive, you’ll drop your bags at the bag drop in front of the pool, then park and take a quick shuttle back to your bags. After play, participants can look forward to an awards ceremony and lunch in the clubhouse restaurant.

Want to boost your chances on the course while supporting the cause? You can purchase a Mulligan Package in advance for $30, which includes 2 mulligans, 2 tee busters, and 1 throw(one throw per round of 18). Packages must be purchased as a bundle.

There are also sponsorship opportunities at every level—from Black Tees ($2,000) to Yellow Tees ($199)—making it easy for businesses and individuals to show support.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference—and accomplish far more than any of us could alone.
